EaseMyTravel India acts as a travel intermediary facilitating bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and related travel services provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment (as applicable) has been received and a confirmation email, ticket, voucher, or itinerary has been issued by us.

Prices and availability are subject to change until the booking has been confirmed and ticketed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraud, supplier restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Fares and Pricing

All prices displayed are subject to availability and may change without notice until the booking is completed.

Airline fares, taxes, fuel surcharges, government charges, and service fees may vary depending on the time of booking.

In the event of an incorrect fare being displayed due to a technical or supplier error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and provide a full refund of the amount paid.

4. Payment

Payments must be made using valid payment methods accepted on our website.

The customer warrants that the payment method used belongs to them or that they have authorization from the cardholder or account holder.

Additional verification may be required before ticket issuance.

5. Flight Changes and Cancellations

Changes, cancellations, and amendments are subject to the fare rules and policies of the respective airline.

Certain tickets may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to cancellation penalties.

Any modification requested by the customer may attract airline charges, supplier charges, fare differences, and administrative fees.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the fare rules of the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other service provider.

For refundable bookings, refunds will be processed only after the airline or supplier authorizes and releases the refund.

Service fees, convenience fees, payment processing charges, and certain taxes may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier and payment provider and can typically take between 7 and 60 business days.

Non-refundable tickets, promotional fares, and special offers may not qualify for any refund.

In cases where an airline cancels a flight, the refund will be processed in accordance with the airline's policy.

7. Travel Documents

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, transit visas, travel permits, health certificates, and any other required travel documentation.

The Company shall not be liable for denied boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, or losses resulting from inadequate travel documents.

8. Check-In and Travel Requirements

Passengers are responsible for checking airline check-in requirements, baggage allowances, transit regulations, and travel advisories.

Failure to arrive at the airport or check-in on time may result in cancellation of travel without refund.

9. Hotel and Holiday Packages

Hotel bookings and holiday packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier.

Hotel classifications, amenities, photographs, and descriptions are provided by suppliers and may vary.

The Company shall not be liable for changes made by hotels, resorts, transportation providers, or tour operators.

10. Limitation of Liability

EaseMyTravel India and Darshsons Worldwide Travel Services Pvt Ltd act solely as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers.

We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, strikes, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, supplier insolvency, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific booking.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information during booking.

Any errors in passenger names, dates, destinations, or travel details may result in additional charges or cancellation.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, labor disputes, airline operational disruptions, or technical failures.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EaseMyTravel India or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

14. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
